Clerk McMullen Expands Access to Services with Walk-In Wednesdays

Oregon City, OR – Clerk Catherine McMullen and staff are opening the doors to walk-in customers on Wednesdays for marriage licenses and passport application services. (In addition to accessing services by appointment on other days.)

Clerk McMullen's affordable weddings has become so popular she's booked out several months in advance. She testifies in favor of HB3386 which passes, allowing County Clerk Deputies to officiate weddings too.
